Align ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Align mobile application.

Information We Collect

Align is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you choose to create an account. The assessment scores you enter are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers without your consent.

If you subscribe to Align Pro, we collect payment information solely through RevenueCat, our payment processor. We do not store your payment details directly.

How We Use Your Information

Any information collected is used solely to:

• Provide and improve the Align app experience
• Process your subscription and verify access to premium features
• Save and sync your assessment history when you are signed in
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Align uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — for subscription management and payment processing.
• Supabase — for user authentication and secure assessment history storage.
• Google Play — for app distribution and in-app purchases on Android devices.

Data Retention

Assessment data stored in your account is retained until you delete it or close your account. You may delete individual assessments at any time from the History screen. Subscription records are retained by RevenueCat in accordance with their data retention policies.

Age Restriction

Align is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. The app deals with adult relationship themes including physical intimacy and emotional maturity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
